This week's riddle is a poem about a beloved soul. Can you guess who it is?
Hint: it ain't Santa.
Y'all will know that I'm a comin'
From the jingle of my bell,
But exactly who I am ain't an easy thing to tell.
Young'uns, they adore me
for they find me kinda jolly,
but I won't be seeing them when the halls are decked with holly.
My job often leaves me frozen,
I'm a man y'all should know,
But I don't do any business in times of sleet or ice or snow.
I travel much on business,
But no reindeer fly me 'round,
I do all my traveling firmly on the ground.
I love the time of Christmas,
But it ain't my workin' season,
Don't nobody wanna see me when their nose and toes are freezin'.
Who am I?
